Returns within 7 days
-You can return the product within 7 days after receiving it.
- Returned items must be new and unused, including original packaging, accessories, box, cleaning cloth, etc.

Return Process
-Contact us: Please email us at info@copperfolks.com and provide your order number and reason for return (if any).
-Returning the item: We will provide a return address, please pack the item properly and return it.
-Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the product and confirm that it is undamaged, we will refund it to your original payment method within 3-7 working days.

Shipping fee description
- If the product is defective/wrongly sent, we will bear the return shipping fee
- Return shipping costs for personal reasons (not liked, wrong size, etc.) are borne by the buyer.

The following situations cannot be returned
- The product is used, damaged or has incomplete accessories.
-Exceeding the 7-day return period.
