Warranty

We are committed to providing high-quality, durable and stylish sunglasses, each pair of which is carefully crafted and tested. To make your shopping more secure, Copper Folks provides a 1-year product warranty (calculated from the date of purchase).

During the warranty period, if the product failure is not caused by human damage, we will provide repair services. However, the following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Damage caused by loss, theft, fire, flood or other natural disasters
- Damage caused by improper use, neglect of maintenance, external impact, extrusion or accident (such as lens breakage, frame deformation, etc.)
-Natural wear and tear caused by long-term use (such as loose temples, aging parts, scratches, etc.)

How to apply for warranty <br>Please contact customer service at info@copperfolks.com and provide the following information:
-The product photo in question
-Order number and receipt
- A brief description of the damage

*If the above information is not provided, or the content is incomplete or illegible, Copper Folks reserves the right not to provide free warranty service.

Shipping Instructions <br>When applying for warranty, the round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
If we confirm that the problem is caused by product defects or shipping errors, the relevant shipping costs will be borne by us.
